But it was also a sixty hour week where I was ON for three days and I was exhausted at the end. Being around knitters and the yarn was restorative. I love that this type of activity can bring a community together and beautify! In 2010 I facilitated a yarn bombing for the Textile Museum of Canada. Got submissions from all over the world and we had several people volunteer to sew pieces together, again creating a wonderful community project.
